NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. beepboopstonks is a self-directed software tool, not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a financial planner. Nothing on this Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to adopt any strategy. Rankings, backtests, and “performance” are historical, hypothetical, and for educational and informational purposes only. You alone decide which strategies to use and whether to automate them. Trading involves substantial risk, including the total loss of the money you deploy. Past and backtested performance does not predict future results. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

1. What this Service is (and isn’t)

beepboopstonks lets you build or select rule-based trading strategies (“bots”), see how they would have performed on historical data, and — entirely at your option — connect your own brokerage account and authorize the Service to automate the strategy you chose on that account.

We are not a broker-dealer and we never take custody of your money or securities. All orders are placed on your own brokerage account, under your own agreement with your broker.
We are not a registered investment adviser and provide no personalized advice, no recommendations, and no discretionary management of your assets. You are self-directed: you select the strategy, you set the allocation, and you authorize (and can revoke) the automation at any time.
The bots are objective, mechanical rule-sets. Any listing, ranking, “top,” or “keeper” label reflects past hypothetical results and is not a recommendation or a solicitation.

2. Self-directed automation & your broker

If you connect a brokerage account and enable live trading, you are instructing the Service to place orders that execute the strategy you selected. Those trades are your trades on your account. Your broker’s terms, margin rules, order handling, market hours, halts, settlement, and pattern-day-trading rules all apply. We do not guarantee that any order will be placed, filled, or filled at any price, and we are not responsible for broker outages, rejections, delays, or errors.

What the bots can and cannot touch. Bots invest only your available cash, and only manage positions the bots themselves buy. When you first enable live trading we snapshot the holdings already in your connected account (including anything you transfer in) as a protected baseline: those shares are never sold by the automation. You remain free to buy, sell, or manage any holding yourself at any time.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading stocks and options can result in the loss of your entire investment. Only deploy money you can afford to lose.
Backtested and hypothetical results have inherent limitations — they are computed with the benefit of hindsight, do not represent real trading, and do not account for all costs, slippage, liquidity, or market impact. No representation is made that any account will achieve similar results.
Automated systems can and do fail: software bugs, data errors, latency, outages, and third-party API problems can cause missed, duplicated, or unintended trades. You accept this risk.
Market data is provided by third parties, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is used “as is.”

4. Your responsibilities

You represent that you are at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and the sole owner of any brokerage account you connect. You are responsible for every trade placed on your account, for monitoring your account and the automation, and for your own tax reporting. You can disable a bot or turn off live trading at any time; do so if anything looks wrong.

5. Fees

Access may require a flat subscription (e.g., a small monthly fee). Fees are not tied to your assets, your trading volume, or your performance, and we receive no compensation for steering you toward any particular security or strategy. You can cancel at any time.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, beepboopstonks AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE OPERATORS HARMLESS FROM CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR TRADING AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
